The Manning Residence was reworked to better support the demands of modern family life.
Opening up the home’s core living areas improved flow, light, and everyday usability. The result is a brighter, more functional home designed for connection and long-term comfort.
The renovation centred on redefining how the family used the home’s core spaces. By removing internal walls, the living areas were opened up, allowing the kitchen to connect directly with the surrounding dining and living zones.
New windows and skylights were introduced to brighten previously dark areas, while updated cabinetry and finishes improved storage and usability without adding visual clutter. Energy-efficient upgrades further enhanced comfort and performance.
The completed home is brighter, more functional, and better suited to family living, with spaces that encourage connection and flow throughout the day.
