The Vietnam Airlines office at Perth International Airport was designed to balance functionality with a clear and professional customer experience, within a compact commercial tenancy.
The layout was carefully planned to accommodate both public-facing and operational needs, including a reception counter for ticketing, a dedicated guest waiting area, a meeting room, and an open workspace for staff. Supporting areas such as storage, utilities, and staff amenities were integrated to ensure the space could operate efficiently day to day.
The design focused on creating a clear flow between customer and staff zones, allowing the office to function smoothly while maintaining a sense of organisation and privacy where required.
A structured documentation approach ensured the design could be delivered in line with regulatory and approval requirements, while maintaining alignment with the intended layout and functionality of the space.
The result is a well-organised and efficient office environment that supports both customer interaction and internal operations within a defined footprint.
